There is easy access to two local buses B6 and B82 they can connect you to the Rockaway Parkway. The L train travels to 8th Avenue Manhattan to connect to all train lines , travel time is 35-40 minutes if there are no diversions or incidents.

Within walking distance are Dunkin Donuts, laundromats, supermarkets, green grocers, mini pharmacy, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Gentile Juice Bar, Verdure – vegan Jamaica restaurant, Haitian restaurant and other eateries. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The bath-room and kitchen are shared with the family in Unit 1, the comfy queen-sized platform bed is situated in a large open Studio room with a 55” TV where you can watch Netflix, Youtube or cable.
